Wedding day schedule created in cooperation with the marrying couple and distributed to all wedding participants and vendors. 

90 minutes of service on the rehearsal day. 

Unlimited service on the wedding day.

Event questionnaire to be filled out by the client(s).

Ongoing interaction through phone/email during the duration of event planning and assistance with any needs that arise (up to the discretion of the coordinator). ​

Decor/theme options to be sent based on client needs.

Itinerary options to be sent based on interests/theme and reserved upon client approval (if applicable). 

Event schedule or itinerary created in cooperation with the client upon activities and vendor approval. 

Personalized Pinterest or vision board for collaboration with the client(s) including ideas and design for the event. 

Vendor search questionnaire to be filled out by the client(s). 

List of recommended vendors based on client preferences and budget including pricing, services included, contact information, etc. 

One (1) hour phone consultation to walk through the provided vendors list and answer any questions. 

Booking of any selected vendors during the planning process and follow-up when necessary.
