What To Put In A Wedding Emergency Kit: 50 Wedding Day Necessities

Some are obvious, some not so obvious - all of them necessary (in my opinion!). I have brought a bin of these items to countless weddings and at some point or another, all of the items have been used! An emergency kit is especially necessary if your venue is in a more rural area.


If you are struggling with what to put in your wedding emergency kit, I've got quite the list for you!

  • Hairspray

  • Bobby Pins

  • Safety Pins (of different sizes)

  • Tweezers

  • Nail File

  • Nail Clippers

  • Disposable Razors (or I bring my Billie razor with a couple of razor heads)

  • Blotting Papers

  • Mini Sewing Kit

  • Boob tape

  • Lint roller

  • Dryer Sheets (for static and smell)

  • Steamer

  • Mints/Gum

  • Deodorant

  • Floss

  • Mouthwash

  • Q Tips

  • Cotton Balls

  • Lotion

  • Baby Wipes

  • Ibuprofen/Tylenol/Tums/Gas Relief

  • Allergy Medicine

  • Nausea Medicine

  • Eye Drops

  • Eyelash Glue

  • Makeup Wipes

  • Hair Ties/Small Clear Hair Elastics

  • Bandaids/Small First Aid Kit

  • Tampons/Liners
